Make your own croutons, Parmesan cheese crisp, and caesar dressing – present it nicely to impress your dinner guests.

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce leaves separated and cut
  • Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  1. Dressing
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic (minced)
  • 25 g Anchovy
  • 20 g Sherry vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Croutons
  • 2 slices Bread
  • Butter
  • Salt

Steps

  1. Croutons: cut the bread into cubes, toss the bread cubes with butter, and salt. Spread evenly on the oven and bake at 100 degree Celsius for 50 min or until crispy
  2. Dressing: whisk all dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper, keep cool in the refrigerator
  3. Parmesan crisp : spread the grated Parmesan cheese on a baking sheet and bake in oven at 150 degree Celsius for 15 min or until cheese melt and slightly crispy, cheese crisp will turn crispier when coolIn a large mixing bowl, toss gently the lettuce with the Caesar dressing until the lettuce coated with the dressing, season with some salt and pepper
  4. Top with the cherry tomatoes, bread croutons and Parmesan cheese crisp
  5. Alternatively, you can present it cutely like this to impress your guests, enjoy 😋
